The 1st ever ‘Big Chill’ at Jellie Park! Join the Skate Skool Team and learn to skate, free gear hire will be available as well as a best trick competition! There will also be a casual game of  touch rugby or you can join in on a game of basketball and win prizes in a shoot out comp! Family Fun Afternoon – Parenting Week 2013

Storylines Festival – Christchurch Family Day

The 20th annual Storylines Festival of New Zealand Children’s Writers and Illustrators takes place 10-18 August 2013. Special events are being planned nationally to celebrate the Festival’s 20th anniversary. The 2013 Christchurch Family Day has moved venues! This year the Family Day will be taking place on Sunday 11 August from 10-3pm at the South Christchurch Library. As part of our 20th anniversary we have lots of activities, competitions and guests attending to help us to celebrate.
