Ever wondered what it is like down in Antarctica? Come along to a frosty programme where you will examine the clothing that explorers wore down on the Ice, try your hand at hauling a loaded sledge and follow in the footsteps of some famous southern explorers. Calling All Dinosaur Fans…

Budding palaeontologists are invited to join us for a morning of dinosaur themed fun on Tuesday 30 April from 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Children will enjoy a host of great dinosaur stories, songs and rhymes. They will also take part in a dinosaur dig and get to make their own dinosaur fossil.

Knit ‘n’ Stitch Group
Upper Riccarton Library; 1:00 – 2:00 pm
Knit ‘n’ Stitch Group meets at Upper Riccarton Library every Tuesday from 1-2pm in the Red Cafe Lounge area. Learn how to knit & crochet, or bring along any handcraft project you are already working on. Some wool, crochet hooks and knitting needles available to get you started.

Air Force Adventure Tour
